On June 22nd, 2017, IMPACT Justice held a meeting with persons trained in it’s Community Mediation Workshop to discuss the formation of a Community Mediation Association in Grenada.
The meeting was held at the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort, Grand Anse Beach, St. George’s, Grenada and chaired by Professor Velma Newton, Regional Project Director of the IMPACT Justice Project.
At the meeting, Professor Newton reviewed the IMPACT Justice Community Mediation Bill and the draft Community Mediation Association Constitution prepared by IMPACT Justice. The meeting ended with the election of an interim executive committee.
